• Payment options

    We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and wire payments. All orders are billed in US Dollars.

  • Sales tax

    If your order is shipping to California, New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania, we are required to collect sales tax.

  • Shipping

    Generally, shipping costs are quoted by your rep. Alternatively, clients can arrange their own logistics and pick up from our warehouse.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that all ship-to address information is correct. This is particularly important if you have multiple destinations.

  • Order Inspection Upon Delivery

    Order Inspection: Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. While we do our best to design and package products for safe delivery, sometimes damages occur. Please save all your paperwork and packaging and contact your rep immediately so we can evaluate the damage and work out a solution.

    Missing Parts and Damages: If you are missing parts or if a product arrives damaged, we will make it right to replace or fix as necessary. For damages, we require photos of the reported issue to properly resolve the situation. Please contact your rep within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Product lead times

    Product production times depend on the project. Discuss with your account manager for the most accurate timing and availability.

  • Brass + custom finishes

    Many of our products, including all brass pieces, have natural variations due to their hand-made nature and/or their unique material origin. Because of this, variations are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike. Images on our websites and items displayed in our showroom may vary from your actual piece. If natural variations are applicable to a product, we strive to provide details on each product’s page, so you are aware of its bespoke nature and what to expect.

  • Trade + contract

    We offer a trade program for design professionals in the A+D community to access exclusive pricing. Discounts and terms are specific to each trade client. Connect with your local sales rep for all pricing.
