Ship to address
Upon checkout, it is your responsibility to ensure that all ship-to address information is correct. This is particularly important if you have multiple residences.
Product lead times
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product availability information. We will notify you via email if your order’s item availability date changes.
Brass + custom finishes
Many of our products, including all brass pieces, have natural variations due to their hand-made nature and/or their unique material origin. Because of this, variations are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike. Images on our websites and items displayed in our showroom may vary from your actual piece. If natural variations are applicable to a product, we strive to provide details on each product’s page, so you are aware of its bespoke nature and what to expect.
Please note, most brass and custom pieces are not eligible for returns. Learn more.
If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order. To do so, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping fees are non-refundable if your order is cancelled after it has shipped out of our facility.
Trade + contract
We offer a trade program for design professionals in the A+D community to access exclusive pricing. To register, please apply here, and an account manager will follow up with details and may ask you to submit credentials. If you meet our requirements, we will send you an account invite, where you can log into our site, view your special pricing, and shop directly.
Discounts and terms are specific to each trade customer. When you receive your pro account invite, we will outline your discounts and connect you with your account manager to answer any questions you may have.
